1. How to Cancel Your Subscription
You can cancel your JETA PRO subscription at any time through the following methods:
Method 1: Account Settings (Recommended)
1. Log in to your JETA account
2. Go to Settings → Subscription
3. Click "Cancel Subscription"
4. Confirm your cancellation
5. You will receive a confirmation email
Method 2: Email Support
1. Send an email to support@jeta.gg
2. Subject: "Cancel Subscription - [Your Email]"
3. Include your account email address
4. We will process within 24-48 hours
5. Confirmation email will be sent
Important: You must cancel before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next period.
2. What Happens After Cancellation
When you cancel your subscription:
Immediate Effects:
• Your subscription is marked for cancellation
• No further charges will be made
• You receive a confirmation email
Your Account Status:
• Your account remains active until the end of the billing period
• All PRO features remain accessible until expiration
• You can continue using the service normally
After Expiration:
• Your account converts to FREE tier
• PRO features become unavailable
• Your data and progress are preserved
• You can upgrade again at any time
3. Access After Cancellation
After cancelling, you retain full PRO access until your billing period ends:
Monthly Subscription Example:
• Billing date: 1st of each month
• Cancellation: January 15th
• PRO access until: January 31st
• FREE tier starts: February 1st
Annual Subscription Example:
• Start date: January 1st, 2025
• Cancellation: June 15th, 2025
• PRO access until: December 31st, 2025
• FREE tier starts: January 1st, 2026
What You Keep on FREE Tier:
• Account and profile
• Training history and progress
• Basic coaching (limited)
• Basic performance tracking
What You Lose:
• Unlimited coaching sessions
• Advanced analytics
• Priority support
• Custom training plans
4. Resubscribing
If you decide to return to JETA PRO:
Easy Resubscription:
1. Log in to your account
2. Go to Settings → Subscription
3. Click "Upgrade to PRO"
4. Choose your plan (monthly or annual)
5. Complete payment
Benefits of Returning:
• All your previous data is preserved
• Progress and achievements retained
• Immediate access to PRO features
• Same account, no need to re-register
Special Offers:
• Returning users may receive special discounts
• Check your email for personalized offers
• Contact support for loyalty rewards
Note: Prices may have changed since your last subscription.
5. Account Deletion
If you want to permanently delete your account:
Account Deletion Process:
1. Email support@jeta.gg with subject "Delete My Account"
2. Confirm your identity (account email)
3. State that you want permanent deletion
4. We will process within 7 days
What Gets Deleted:
• Personal information (name, email)
• Profile and settings
• Chat history with JETA coach
• Training data and progress
• Achievements and badges
What We Retain (Legal Requirement):
• Transaction records (up to 7 years)
• Anonymized usage statistics
• Legal compliance records
Important Warnings:
⚠️ Account deletion is PERMANENT and cannot be undone
⚠️ All data will be lost forever
⚠️ You cannot recover your account later
⚠️ Cancel subscription first if you have active PRO
Consider pausing or downgrading instead of deletion if you might return.
6. Pausing Your Subscription
Instead of cancelling, you may be able to pause:
Pause Option (When Available):
• Pause for 1-3 months
• No charges during pause period
• Resume at any time
• PRO features unavailable during pause
How to Request a Pause:
1. Contact support@jeta.gg
2. Subject: "Pause Subscription Request"
3. Specify desired pause duration
4. Provide reason (optional)
5. We will confirm eligibility
Pause Limitations:
• Not available for annual subscriptions within first 3 months
• Maximum 1 pause per year
• Subject to approval
• Some promotional subscriptions may not be eligible
