1. Overview
At JETA, we want you to be completely satisfied with our service. This Refund and Return Policy outlines when and how you can request a refund for your subscription.
Please read this policy carefully before subscribing to understand your rights and our obligations.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:
Eligible for Refund:
• Technical issues preventing access to the service
• Service not delivered as described
• Duplicate charges or billing errors
• Annual subscription cancellation within 14 days
NOT Eligible for Refund:
• Change of mind after the refund period
• Dissatisfaction with coaching recommendations
• Failure to use the service during the subscription period
• Violation of Terms of Service leading to account termination
• Subscriptions purchased with promotional discounts (partial refunds may apply)
3. Monthly Subscriptions
For monthly PRO subscriptions:
Cancellation Policy:
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Access continues until the end of your current billing period
• No refund is provided for the remaining days of the current period
• No further charges will be made after cancellation
Example:
If you subscribe on January 1st and cancel on January 15th:
• You retain access until January 31st
• No refund for January 1-31
• No charge for February onwards
4. Annual Subscriptions
For annual PRO subscriptions:
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee:
• Full refund available within 14 days of initial purchase
• Refund processed to original payment method
• Access is terminated upon refund approval
After 14 Days:
• Pro-rata refund may be available for unused months
• Calculated based on full monthly rate ($10/month)
• Minimum 3 months unused required for partial refund
• Subject to approval based on circumstances
Example Calculation:
Annual subscription: $100/year (saving 17%)
If cancelled after 6 months: No refund (used more than half)
If cancelled after 2 months: Potential refund of ~$150 (10 unused months at $15 each)
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, follow these steps:
Step 1: Contact Support

• Subject: "Refund Request - [Your Email]"
• Include your account email and reason for refund
Step 2: Provide Information
• Date of purchase
• Transaction ID (from your payment confirmation)
• Reason for refund request
• Any relevant screenshots or documentation
Step 3: Review Process
• We will review your request within 3 business days
• You will receive a confirmation email
• Additional information may be requested
Step 4: Resolution
• Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
• You will receive confirmation once processed
6. Processing Time
Refund processing timeline:
Review Period:
• Initial review: 1-3 business days
• Complex cases: Up to 7 business days
Refund Processing:
• Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
• Bank transfer: 7-14 business days
• The time depends on your bank's processing time
Note: Weekends and holidays may extend processing times. You will receive email notifications at each stage of the process.
7. Exceptions
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:
Account Issues:
• Account suspended for Terms of Service violation
• Fraudulent activity detected on account
• Chargebacks initiated without prior contact
Usage Issues:
• Failure to cancel subscription before renewal
• Not using the service is not grounds for refund
• Inability to access due to personal technical issues
Promotional Purchases:
• Free trial conversions (you agreed to the terms)
• Heavily discounted promotional subscriptions
• Gift subscriptions (contact the purchaser)
We reserve the right to refuse refunds that appear to be abuse of our refund policy.
