Welcome to JETA ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the JETA platform, including our website at jeta.gg, mobile applications, and all related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.

For the purposes of these Terms: • "Account" means a unique account created for you to access our Service. • "Company" refers to JETA, based in Jordan. • "Content" refers to text, images, videos, or other material posted on the Service. • "Service" refers to the JETA platform and all its features. • "Subscription" refers to paid access to premium features. • "User" refers to the individual accessing or using the Service.

To use certain features of our Service, you must register for an account. JETA offers FREE and PRO subscription tiers: FREE Plan: • Basic coaching features • Limited coaching sessions • Basic performance tracking PRO Plan ($10/month): • Unlimited coaching sessions • Advanced analytics and insights • Priority support • Custom training plans Payment Terms: • Payments are processed securely through our payment providers • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance • Prices are in USD and subject to change with 30 days notice • Failed payments may result in service suspension

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by JETA and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not: • Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission • Use our trademarks without prior written consent • Create derivative works based on our Service • Remove any copyright or proprietary notices User-generated content remains your property, but you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute it within the Service.

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. JETA shall not be liable for: • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities • Interruptions or errors in the Service • Third-party content or actions • Your use or inability to use the Service • Any unauthorized access to your data Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if: • You breach these Terms • Your payment fails or is disputed • We suspect fraudulent activity • Required by law or legal process • At our sole discretion with notice You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by: • Posting the updated Terms on this page • Updating the "Last Updated" date • Sending you an email notification (for significant changes) Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through: 1. Good faith negotiation between parties 2. Mediation if negotiation fails 3. Binding arbitration in Amman, Jordan You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts in Jordan for any actions not subject to arbitration.
